1. Carrier agrees to compensate Broker, EAA CORP, for services rendered. A 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all charges.

2. Carrier assumes full responsibility for all loads assigned. Incomplete submissions (missing video, item count, or BOL) will incur a $750 fee per load.

3. Carrier agrees to maintain all insurance requirements current and provide annual updated certificates.
